1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
2. Exceptions
Due to the handmade and often made-to-order nature of Laluna jewelry, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized items. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. Conditions for Returns
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. You must notify us of your intention to return an item within 14 days of delivery by contacting [your email].
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and sale items are non-returnable unless they are faulty.
